I recently purchased a table top wood pellet smoker and grill. We opened the package and the anger doesn't turn. I have emailed the company because there is literally no customer service phone number to call?
I am still waiting for a response from them.
I guess that I have learned to research if a company has a customer service phone number. If not they might not be legit.
I doubt that this review will be seen. I have a feeling most reviewed are generated by the company themselves.

Worked ok for a few months. Now won't turn on at all, no support available.
